Do you think this deal for a living room set is too good to be true?

Yeah it is a deal, if it is what you want. It might not be comfortable, won't be able to sleep on it, will have a stiff neck if you try to watch the telly laying down. When we went looking for a couch and love seat, I layed down on every sofa in the store, 3 stores actually. till I found the right one, we got what we wanted, got the fabric we wanted, got the color, and paid $2000 for it. It is long payed off now, but it is still in perfect shape. And I still lay on it the same way.
