Should I trade Ubaldo Jimenez for infield help?

You have Rickie Weeks, over the past month and week he's in the top 20 in all of baseball. He should be a great replacement until Pedroia get off the DL. If you want to trade Ubaldo, I would trade for a 2nd tier SP and Hanley for Ubaldo and Alexi.
