Should i go with strasburg, romero, wainwright, hammel, and carmona week? all double starts?

put in cahil for carmona. carmona will have to play toronto and they can knock a pitcher out badly. but batimore ahs been swinging a bat again. jones and weiters and markarkisis have all had a good week. so its a gamble there.
