Fantasy baseball pitching move?

I'd drop Lilly. Pavano/Cahill are also droppable but my first guy would be Lilly. Everyone else you can NOT drop, at least not at the present moment. Lilly has been up-and-down this year, he has the potential to be a top-30 starter, but not until he can consistently get good starts. Pavano is a nice sell high guy right now, but I wouldn't expect a second half anywhere as good as his first half. Cahill has a lot of keeper league potential but at his age he'll probably have his ups and downs as well in the second half.
