Help finding a Reno 911 episode!?

Hey can someone help me identify the season and episode of the Reno 911 episode where one of the guys is helping some women on the highway, i think he brakes wont work or something like that but she has to pass everything from here minivan to the police car while the they are going 90 miles an hour on the highway, all i remember was the passed a baby and a cat in a cat cage and maybe a little kid, and then i think the ladies brakes all of the sudden worked (or something like that i cant really remember) and they passed everyone back into the minivan and as the deputy was passing the cat cage he dropped it and it fell on the highway and he slapped the stearing weal and and said ****!!, that was the funniest thing i ever saw and i vaguelly remember it and if anyone knows what episode i am talking about please tell me, winner gets fav :)
