Help finding this Fiction book?

I don't really remember the whole story. I remember its from middle school. This girl I believe she lives within this ice wall finds a man while she was out doing something. Her and him (who's older than her) go off -and bare with me I can't remember I just remember it's an amazing book series- they go off and basically explore and fight through out the series eventually settling down and falling in love. If I had more information I probably would have found the book by now. I'm sorry for such low information.
