How does this fantasy baseball trade look; I get Tulo (SS, COL) He gets Bourn (OF, HOU) and Garza (SP, CHC)?

I currently top the league, and lead in most categories. While Tulo isn't exactly 'hot'; Garza hasn't been great and currently sits on the DL. Also Bourn rides my bench.Trade evaluation software says it is a bad trade. Any thoughts?
