Lost for where to go on holiday?

Me and my boyfriend are looking to go somewhere cheap. We want to go somewhere cheap but romantic, I'm 24 and he's 28. We don't want a mad nightclub holiday but we want there to be plenty to do and a decent nightlife. We're more into relaxing nights out, romantic meals and the most important aspect to us is somewhere interesting to go to during the day. We want somewhere that's got a nice beach but also with lots of places to see and explore, and also lots of excursions, we also like to be active and do watersports or extreme sports like white water rafting, skydiving etc, but this is not necessary. We've looked at turkey, egypt, morocco, potugal etc but just don't know which would be best for us. Also we don't have to stick to these options, just ideas. Thanks
