Fantasy baseball trade: Is my offer fair?

to be honest....no. Don't get me wrong...Utley is good....but you can't be asking for konerko AND Kershaw. Kershaw is young and it's pretty obvious that his production is gonna increase every year....also....Utley is injured and might not play for a long time.
