Federal agent vs cop?

When it comes to the feds and tv!!! Television always over does everything!!. Its about entertainment. And for Federal Agents telling the Local Law Enforcement what to do. Sure can depending on the situation! If its A federal Matter local cops really do not have a say unless its a joint investigation but usually Federal wins. They like to stick their noises in everything and take credit for the BIG things. And FBI Agents are cops there just cops at the federal level.
