Ocarina of Time 3D-Water Temple Block?

Around the third floor,in one of the corridors there's a wall that you can grab and push or pull,but when i try to push it or pull it,it doesn't do anything and there are no more rooms for me to explore(except for the blocked ones) and i have no more keys,what should i do?
