My lawyer is very good and got all charges dropped except for this one because there was no probable cause. He informed me that the only way to get the last charge dropped would be through a deposition with the arresting officer or officer that was being resisted. By the way, this is a juvenile justice case, meaning it is a different type of game. Also after fleeing the officer i was tackled by a civillian and cut up on the concrete, the officer came and tried to help the civillian with no luck untill a second deputy arrived on the scene. Although this is considered citizens arrest is there also any way that that part of the story could go in my favor?

Everyone says I'm extremely immature. I can understand why they would think that, because I still enjoy childish activities even though I'm a teenager. Things like... playing with toys and getting up early on Saturday to watch cartoons. I am easily impressed and easily amused. I'm always really curious about things and I like to explore. I don't really do any of the typical teenage things, and everyone says I'm like a 4-year-old. So I'm childish, but that doesn't mean I'm immature, right? Okay, what is this bug that i found?

I don't know what is going on with me. I was a freshman in college last semester. I know it is normal to explore as a freshman and hook up with girls, but I feel wrong. I let myself go and I made out with a girl randomly and then pretty much led another girl on, which is completely unlike me. charlie morton. he's walked 26 guys in 55 innings so far this year. he might have had a good outing last time out against the reds but consider it a fluke. he has a career era over 5.00 pitching in the national league and his career BAA is .284. i know the tendency is to think that he is having a good year and he might continue to have one but in baseball you must always remember that the guys that break out of their career numbers are very few and far between. you have to seriously consider that he will probably be closer to his career numbers at the end of the season and with that it mind he would be the first on my list to go.

Fallout 3/New vegas question?

Fallout 3's story/main quest is more entertaining, but if you said you like to explore more then New Vegas is probably better for you. New Vegas has like almost 3 or 4 times the amount of side quests FO3 had, (look them up on wiki) and exploring was much more enjoyable. In Fallout 3 exploring for the most part just led to nowhere, maybe a tiny church looking thing, a power station, or a crumbled building you can't go into if you're in the DC side. In New Vegas, the map is filled with tiny places you can go, little shacks that have something in them you can sell, and more importantly lots of little settlements that will give you side quests.

Ok. I went to my teacher a while ago about my eating disorder, depression, cutting and panic attacks. She was really nice, but had to refer me to the councilor at our school. I didn't like her and went back to dealing with it myself and e-mailing my teacher diary entries. That was fine. I then decided to include the Dean, who's my Math teacher in this. She's incredibly nice and I shared everything with her. Every up, every down, every slip, every high. We became close and I trust her more than anyone else. She then had to get my mother involved because she was legally obliged to. We told her, and got me an outside councilor because I didn't like the one at school. Now I go to her. But the deputy principal got into this and now I'm not allowed to say anything to either of my teachers who help me, or my friends. Nothing. I'm only allowed to talk to my personal councilor, who I don't see very often as she is very busy, or the school councilor, who I despise. I feel cut off from everyone and my cutting's getting worse and I'm considering suicide. And I'm afraid to talk to the outside councilor, who's nice, because she reminds me of my dean, and now I've got some weird fear that she'll leave me standing in the dust as well. I don't know what to do.

They filed a restraining order against him in behalf of the child because my stepson told his mom whn he dropd him off he had been drinking. Her attorney and her came out of the judges chambers before the hearing started and the judge informed us our attorney had one hour to state his case because come 5 o'clock she was leaving. I just dont think we will win now that she wants him to change his name to her husbands and drop his first name because its the same as his dads. This woman has been a tick on our side since the child was two. Since shes a deputy she looks up his record all the time and they have never done anything to her. How do we know? Her own mother told us. Has my husband screwed up? Yes, he has he is human but does love his son.

He agreed to be my spiritual father and said to email him anytime I needed help or had a question. Well, when I first emailed him he responded once. He responded to the following email. After that email we talked at the church. A few days after that, I asked a question but he never responded. I waited a few days for him to respond, he never did. I resent that email and asked if he had received the previous one. He never responded. I sent another a few days later. He didn't respond. I went to service about 3 days ago and said hello when I went up for holy bread. I planned on talking to him afterwards but had to leave because my ride was already there to pick me up and I didnt want to keep them waiting. I sent them another email that night. He still hasnt responded. I am talking 15 days of no response to any emails. What should I do? I know his email is working because it is a church email account and the church sent me some newsletters but he hasnt been responding at all. School head has been shown a private message I sent to another parent via her facebook account inbox. The print off given to head should state "between you and (other parents name)". In this message I wrote "I have big issues with (head's name) elaborating on events". This is due to phone calls received from her stating serious issues only to go into school to discover it's not as bad as made out or to be told by another school employee, ie, deputy head, that the head had exaggerated. Head rang me to say legal advice was being sought for slander and I would be sued. I believ it's actually libel if anything! Some good ideas to make my summer good?

Alright so I am a fifteen year old girl and I really wanted to have a good summer, but so far thats not happening. It's already June 21st and I feel like I wasted a lot of my summer so far. I dogwalk a few times a week and once in a while i have a dance team practice. I have a dance team camp at the end of July and I am going to my brother's wedding next week which is far away so we are staying at the destination for a week. Other than that, I have nothing planned and I feel like I sit at home watching tv all day and sometimes I'm just too tired to get up.... I love to shop, but I just don't have any money right now and I don't know how to get a lot. I don't know how to fill up my summer so I feel like I actually had a good summer this year. One of my trouble's is that my high school is an hour from where I live, (I go to a private school) so all of my friends are an hour away. I have a few friends here in my hometown, but idk its just not the same cause I really don't hang out with them anymore. I dog walk with one of them, which causes us to split our dog walking money so I don't even get very much so I can't go shopping and I have to pay back my parents for all of the itunes songs I keep buying. So what are some good ideas? I live in a small town and I love fashion and going shopping and hanging out with friends and stuff. I like the outdoors, but there isn't much around here to really go explore the outdoors in a small town. Pretty much everywhere pretty is private property. I just do'nt know what to do. I have been reading a little bit. And I love to cook and bake and I have already made a lot of homemade icecream.... What are some really really good ideas? Why do I want to psychedelics so bad?

By drugs I specifically mean psychedelics. Nothing else like Cocaine, Heroin and meth. I want to try LSD, Salvia, LSA, Shrooms, and other psychedelics. Bunnies out of nest box?

okay, so I just had a litter of 6 lionheads 2 weeks ago. The bunnies have all of their fur and are growing their manes. But 3 of the bunnies keep hopping out of the nest box, at night and in the morning mainly. Once out he just hops around the cage and explores. The problem is when i put them back, some will go to sleep, but there is always one or two that will hop right back out. Is it okay that they are out, or will the mom put them back in? I think so. Like you I loved Arkham Asylum and that game also involved searching for clues to solve what's happening. LA Noire for the most part is free roam with random street crimes, and you can drive where you want to. I would say yes and here is why. Lee would be a much better OF then Tyler Colvin who will only pinch hit from time to time. Chris Carpenter could easily replace Gonzalez or Vazquez. Thoughts on the 2010 Chicago Cubs?

As a Cubs fan, I have to say it was a disappointing year but there is always next year. Castro is rather a really good young player and so is Colvin. The bullpen used many youngsters and when Andrew Cashner and James Russell struggled the bullpen was not so good. But Cashner has pitched well lately and hopefully so will Russell. Their bullpen will have Esmailin Caridad, Angel Guzman and John Grabow so hopefully the bullpen will get better. As for the rotation, Silva will be back soon and they may call up Samardzija or maybe Jay Jackson, Chris Carpenter or some one will be called up. As for the offense, they have been scoring some runs lately. As for the defense, they will just have to work on that.

Should i drop Jordan Zimmerman for a pitcher?

I assume you are not playing in a keeper league, in which case, yes, you should drop Zimmerman. He will be a fantasy-worthy pitcher in a season or two, but not in 2011. Just about any of those guys are an upgrade over Zim, including Lowe who just threw almost six scoreless innings on Opening Day, but for my money, I would pick up Gio Gonzalez. He should be owned in any league with ten or more teams and given that you own Jordan Zimmerman, I'd say you're well beyond that. Pick up Gonzalez as he is at a level now that Jordan Zimmerman won't be near for at least a year or two!

What to do if my ipod is stolen?

My ipod was stolen during period 3 yesterday in the library. I lent it to my friend to play with. I know he isnt meant to play on it but i didnt mind if he played. As long as i wasn't blamed for it. I'm not trying to insult anyone that actually enjoyed this game nor am I trying to insult its producers, it was just hard for me to get into it for more than an hour at a time. For starters, what was up with the graphics? I suppose they tried to make it look like a comic book or something to add to its comedic nature, it just didn't seem like a good idea to me though. Secondly, the plot. Aside from the fact that throughout the game you're playing in a region that you have practically no knowledge of regarding its history (thus making it difficult to embrace) your entire game experience consists of you being manipulated by a satellite and going after a vault that you know nothing about: the fact that there was a monster in it was also a horrible let down. Thirdly, aside from quests, was there really anything to do? I enjoyed Fallout because, while there are plenty of quests, they don't restrict you to doing them constantly nor do they restrict you to confined and segregated areas; it actually allowed you to explore a vast area, not just dinky villages. Fourth, the mixing of genres. To me, this game was an amalgamation of an FPS with a bit of dark comedy with just a tad of RPG mixed in; they would have been better off just keeping it as an RPG in my opinion. Not that this is a major issue, but the fact that everywhere you went there was porn was incredibly distracting to me. Also, why were vehicles even needed? If anything I believe Fallout should have had vehicles to get around in, it's not like there are many open areas in this game that require extensive navigating. The only good thing I found about this game were the character abilities: most of the weapons were certainly nothing special.

He called for "back up and four more police cruisers appeared and we all just stood around. I'd drop Lilly. Pavano/Cahill are also droppable but my first guy would be Lilly. Everyone else you can NOT drop, at least not at the present moment. Lilly has been up-and-down this year, he has the potential to be a top-30 starter, but not until he can consistently get good starts. Pavano is a nice sell high guy right now, but I wouldn't expect a second half anywhere as good as his first half. Cahill has a lot of keeper league potential but at his age he'll probably have his ups and downs as well in the second half.

Help! My Uncle's Farm Cat had some Kittens two days ago?

Firstly.... AWWWWWWWWWEEESSS. Ok now that I got that out.. lol... It takes at least 8-10 days for kittens to open their eyes, I think mine started to open theirs around day 5 and they were fully opened by 2 weeks, and usually begin walking a bit by 2 weeks of age, mine started scooting and crawling like day 2, but they really began walking and playing by 3 weeks of age. It all depends on nature and how healthy and strong they are. The mother should let you touch the kittens right away if she's comfortable with you (the cat I had I got only a few weeks before giving birth and she wouldn't let me leave her side, I had to help her with the birthing process, and we did lose a kitten, so she let me pet and cuddle and hold them like as they were born). It all depends on her. As for genders, I could tell mine a few weeks after birth. MOSTLY all orange/white striped kittens are male, it's rare (so i've heard) for a female to be orange/white. Ive seen beige/white striped females though. And the marked one could be either. I know Calico are usually female (just like mentioned above situation), but as I said, you can never be 100% sure that way... Just do some reaserch on what the back ends look like, my kittens had prodominent testicles from what I could tell. Also compare them all... You may have all males. I know Males have more length between their butt and genitals then females. If you need any more info let me know. Good Luck :)
